Our review: "If you are short of time, the hairdryer attachment will be your best friend. We found that our hair dried in under half the time it usually takes and it was left looking smooth and silky – something that we have found difficult to achieve with other tools.

Our only slight negative was that when using the auto-wrap wands, the hair tool becomes very long which can make it tricky to reach the controls. However, the results from the auto-wrap mode are well worth it, as it creates soft, natural-looking curls which last all day."

Our review: "This air styler is a one-stop-shop when it comes to hair styling and has made us swap out our multiple tools for just this product as it does the job so effectively.

The best way to create long lasting volume is by drying your hair with the hair dryer attachment until it’s about 90% dry, then using the air wrap attachments to style, and cool shot button to set. This creates a full, bouncy look that our fine hair hasn’t been able to hold in the past.

The bristles of the brush attachments are hard and feel quite rough against the scalp when trying to create volume at the root – so we found that we avoided using them in our hair styling routine. The SilkyAir comes in a stylish black storage case, which looks lovely for storage at home, however would be inconvenient for use during travel."

Our review: We were immediately surprised by how lightweight it is. This makes it really comfortable to hold and reduces wrist strain for long styling sessions. It heats up within seconds, which is a huge plus for when you’re in a rush on busy mornings.

Our hair wrapped round the cylinders easily and we found that it noticeably tamed our natural fizziness, adding shine and left our hair looking polished. Once we had styled our hair in the morning, it lasted all day without needing touch-ups and would sometimes hold out until the next day.

The beauty bag features individual pockets for each of the six accessories, and is especially useful when travelling, protecting the tools from any damage, and keeping them organised."

The ceramic coating will protect your hair, but did get very hot, meaning that you have to allow for the attachments to cool down before changing them (which can be annoying if you’re wanting to quickly swap between the left and right curling wands).

However, the styling stayed in place really well (we found around ten seconds of heat and a quick blast of cold was perfect for bob length hair) and the different tools allowed for various styles, from sleek to volumised."
