For a lot of us, periods can feel like an inconvenience, but Vicky Pattison has revealed that 'period pants' are the way forward and has labeled them a 'cosy' alternative to uncomfortable tampons, sanitary towels and menstrual cups
Vicky has partnered up with Bodyform who have launched intimawear aka reusable period pants. You simply wear them on your period for up to eight hours (on a light to medium flow) and when you're done, pop them in the washing machine, get them dried and then you can wear them again.

Speaking about working with Bodyform, Vicky admitted, "I’m just going to say it: I don’t like tampons - I don’t. And I never have!
"And I get so frustrated watching how they’re portrayed in adverts - all these gorgeous, rosy cheeked, impossibly healthy and happy women just casually doing yoga or horse riding, swimming or sky diving or some other ridiculous activity that no normal woman in her right mind is undertaking when aunt flow is in town!!! I call bullsh-t on it all!! 😂🤦🏻♀️".
"Honestly, when I’m on my period I feel hormonal, emotional, bloated, uncomfortable & a whisker away from crying at all times 😂 ... The last thing I want to do is shove a tampon up me and go bloody horse riding 😂😂.
"Why are we using products that don’t make us feel comfortable? I’m so over it all," she admitted.
"Which is why I couldn’t be happier that @bodyformuk have launched these bad boys! And it seems that a lot of Vicky's followers will be trying the period pants as one person wrote, "I couldn’t agree more 🔥 I am a horse rider - but don’t use tampons! - couldn’t put myself through that!! These look and sound fantastic👏".
