I’ve had lots of relationships but I don’t stay in them. My friends say I’m a commitment-phobe and looking for something that doesn’t exist. How do I know if I’m too picky?

List the main reasons why you left your last five relationships. Were they big issues or do they seem trivial?
Commitment issues can mean you’re too idealistic. It’s impossible to have a successful relationship without realism and that means accepting no relationship is perfect all the time.
Walking away every time there’s a problem doesn’t solve anything. Partners are human: they have both positive and negative qualities and accepting this is crucial.
