Britain is in the midst of an obesity crisis with one in four adults overweight and hospital admissions caused by obesity soaring.
It costs the NHS around £30 billion annually to treat obesity and more people are having gastric surgery on the NHS, with 6,384 going under the knife in 2013-2014 compared to 1,038 in 2005-2006.
