Zayna, 26, even offers student discounts and last year managed to earn approximately £20,000 in just over two weeks - discounting her price from her usual £130 down to £100 an hour.
Now, Zayna is hoping to repeat her rich pickings during this year's Freshers weeks.
She says: "I was a student once, and I know how hard it can be financially - students get discounts in clothes shops and at certain restaurants, so I thought why not offer the same service?
"They're easy customers, usually their demands are very straight forward. I teach them about safe sex, which is vital at uni, and it's a very profitable time for me. I work for two weeks straight, and then get some time off."
