Silvina Luna has glass beads injected into her rear - in order to create a more rounded and firmer appearance.
But after the procedure, performed by ‘surgeon to the stars’ Dr Lotocki, the Argentinian was left in agony.
‘I couldn’t even walk down the stairs properly without assistance,’ Miss Luna admitted, after undergoing the procedure in 2011.
‘I was in incredible pain.’
The procedure of injecting glass like beads under the skin is a controversial one, despite many countries having approved it.
Despite this, some surgeons have reported adverse reactions, with the beads almost impossible to remove because they spread throughout the soft tissue.
As part of Ms Luna’s reaction to the procedure, she is in constant joint pain, her kidneys only operate at a third of their capacity, and she must take drugs to sustain her - one which also acts as an abortion drug.
Two other local women have launched legal action against the same Plastic Surgery Clinic, after also having a reaction to the bum enhancement surgery.
