Crystal McCullough was refused further service form the establishment in Virginia, after she nursed her 11-month-old with a beer and a shot of whiskey in front of her.
The mother told staff the drinks were for when she had finished feeding, and that she was within her rights to drink alcohol.

Crystal told local news: 'I had a huge water I was downing. I had a beer and a shot of Fireball in font of me but that was for after I was done.'
However restaurant owner Jeff Leeroy said other customers were uncomfortable seeing the mother breastfeed while drinking alcohol.
There is no medical consensus on whether women should be allowed to drink while breastfeeding, although it's genuinely agreed upon that low levels of drinking are not damaging to the child.

Crystal is a qualified chemist and maintains she knows what is safe for her child.
