Michelle Hall, 43, said her 'allergy' of the 55-year-old music mogul is making her life a misery, causing her to suffer from vomiting, heart palpitations and cold sweats.
X FACTOR: SIMON COWELL 'FURIOUS' WITH MEL B OVER FLEUR EAST CHEATING CLAIMS
She told The Sun: "It's difficult. There's no escaping him."
The sight of Simon causes Michelle to scream and vomit instantly, she claims.
"Ever since Simon Cowell first appeared on X Factor back in 2004, I've had very real problems. As soon as he walked on stage wearing those trousers pulled up to his chest, grinning demonically and winking, I felt a cold sweat coming on.
"I literally had to leave the room and lie down. From then on my phobia has got worse."
After her husband Eddie, 44, took her to see a doctor, it was confirmed she was suffering from a phobia triggered by Simon.

She continued: "The doctor told me to take deep breaths when I see him, as relaxation techniques are the best way of dealing with a phobia without medication."
When the techniques didn't work, her GP put her on Prozac to deal with her unusual phobia.
Despite this her daughters refuse to stop watching the X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, meaning she has to avoid her home when the shows are on.
She said: "My husband now takes me for dinner or to the cinema when we know Simon Cowell is going to be on TV, so the kids stay home alone to watch.
"We have to avoid bars and pubs that have a TV on, because you can't guarantee he won't be on screen. There really is no escaping him."
But now Michelle has come off of her anti-depressants, and simply has to be extra careful to avoid seeing anything to do with Simon.
She added: "I know Simon Cowell poses no threat, but phobias are never rational."
