Vikki George, from Surrey, was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) aged just 17 and the condition leaves her exhausted after the smallest activity.

Her health has been in decline for years and Vikki spends most of her days confined to her bed.

Sadly, there is no cure.

LITTLE BOY MAKES LIST OF THINGS TO DO BEFORE HE GOES BLIND

But with her 30th birthday fast approaching, Vikki is asking strangers for help to complete her wish list of tasks.

Vikki says: “I spent my 18th and 21st birthday in bed, and I don’t want to watch another milestone go past without doing anything.

“I felt really miserable as I kept seeing ’30 things to do before I’m 30’ lists and my heart would sink. I’ve not even ticked off teenage things like my first legal drink, first driving lesson or first job yet.”

So Vikki decided to ask strangers for help to achieve her wishes and set up a blog, with tasks including giving blood, running the London Marathon and photographing a sunset.

The 29-year-old is also asking that people take a picture of the wish they are making come true to send to her.

Vikki says: “My condition often means that I spend most of the day curled up in total darkness, which is why I can’t achieve my wishes alone.

"So the idea came to me to ask people for help. I’m excited to see all of the photos of everyone fulfilling my wishes, it will be a great birthday.”
