Woman, 43, arrested after sleeping with underage nephew ‘hundreds of times’

Peggy Phillips, 43, of Pasadena, Texas, is said to have started a sexual relationship with the boy when he was aged 15-16, between 2007 and 2009.

According to KHOU, Peggy began the assault on her nephew in 2007 while he was in hospital.

The site reports that he moved to live with his uncle – Peggy’s ex-husband, who she was married to during the affair – and he has spoken out about the case.

Peggy’s relationship with the boy reportedly turned sexual when he came to live with her and his uncle in 2008.

He allegedly said their nephew was ‘in a bad situation in South Carolina’. Court documents allege Peggy ‘had sex with the young boy hundreds of times’ while he was in her care.

Peggy is also said to have sent explicit pictures of herself to the unidentified victim.

She has been charged with sexual assault and is being held on a $30,000 bond.
