As a Heavy Goods Video travels down a Staffordshire road, the dashboard mounted camera captures two kids in the road.

Travelling at 45 mph, the lorry screeches to a halt after the driver spots the teenager’s game, but it is already too late for one of the kids.

As the truck collides with the teenager, who was running out into the road, he disappears underneath the vehicle, before rolling out moments later.

Amazingly, the teen survived the incident, and even managed to get up and limp away after being hit, pals in tow.

The boy walks away, practically uninjured

The truck driver however was left ‘extremely shaken’ by the incident, and handed footage of the crash into police.

Police have now released the footage as a warning to children not to play chicken over the half term period.
