Eli endured bleeding on the brain, multiple strokes, and seizures in the aftermath of the smash, with doctors telling a devastated Kellie that if he lived he probably would be unable to walk or talk or show emotion.
Many of the medical professionals who Kellie reached out to said they had ‘never been thanked’ for the work that they do - and were visibly overcome with emotion at the young mum’s gratitude.
