The 27-year-old, who runs restaurant 'Tim's Place' in Albuquerque, New Mexico, offers a menu of 'breakfast, lunch and hugs' in what he calls the friendliest eatery in the world.

Not only does he dance into work everyday and brighten up the room around him, but he has also previously won dozens of medals in the Special Olympics.
