The extreme sport - which is also known as free-running - encourages athletes to find the most effective, fastest way to get from point A to B, using the smallest number of movements.

And in this video from ‘Substance over Hype’ a group of professional free runners show how they can use their skills to dip and dive out of moving vehicles.

In the four minute clip, the men are seen racing along the road, before performing an incredibly choreographed routine - jumping and flipping in and out of the moving cars.

They then find themselves in a warehouse, where they slip, slide, and leap through it and over the vehicles. One of the athletes even races the vehicle by leaping through the rafters only to jump down on the roof.

One of our favourite stunts from the video shows one runner jump from a pick up truck onto a rope tied to the back of another vehicle. Another sees a man skateboard sideways, while holding onto the roof of the car.

Don’t try this at home, kids.
