During the middle of a football match between France and Germany, bombs exploded outside the venue, leading to everyone being evacuated from the site.

Unsure of what would greet them when they left the stadium, crowds began singing the French national anthem on their way out of the tunnels.

Video footage capturing this incredible moment has gone viral over the weekend, after being shared on social media.

During a series of co-ordinated gun and bomb attacks across the city late on Friday night, over 120 people were killed while they enjoyed drinks, dinner and a concert.

At the Bataclan concert hall, rock band the Eagles of Death Metal had only recently taken to the stage when attackers stormed the venue and began firing indiscriminately into the crowd.

Over 80 people lost their lives here, with many more being killed at other target sites.
