The heart-warming video shows patients, parents, administrators, staff and doctors all dancing and lip-syncing to the uplifting song.

‘All of our CHaD Kids have a roar,’ child life specialist, Holly Gaspar told Londonderry Patch.

‘Sometimes we hear it, sometimes we see it, and sometimes we feel it. They are strong, they are brave, they are all fighters.’

The clip was recorded as a thank you to everyone who supported the CHaD HERO charity half marathon, which raised more than $650,000 (£400,000) for the hospital.

The hospital uploaded the video to Facebook and wrote ‘Please share this video directly from the kids and staff,’ the hospital wrote on Facebook. ‘It means a lot to the families and CHaD community who work to keep these kids roaring.’

It has so far racked up over 340,000 views.
