With Pride season well underway, the LGBT community and their supporters have taken to the streets to celebrate love in all it’s forms.

But sadly, many Pride marches and parties were met with protests from hateful anti-LGBT campaigners.

One little girl attending a street party in Ohio decided to bravely confront a homophobic preacher who had decided to attend with his own agenda.

School girl Zea Bowling was with her family when they were approached by the anti-LGBT preacher.

In a clip which has since gone viral, the man can be heard telling Zea: "You can live a life full of His redeeming power. You'd have someone to look after you."

Though many would be tempted to argue back, calm Zea simply walked up to the man and held up her rainbow flag, which she defiantly clutched throughout his hateful torrent.

Following the parade, Zea’s father Ryan told The Raw Story: "The crowd was passionately on her side, right away, shockingly so. People cried. really.

"I almost didn't film it. It was pretty powerful, and I was trying not to be on my phone.

"Someone I didn't know sniffled pretty loudly, and I realised I might be missing something kind of important."
