"NANTS INGONYAMA BAGITHI BABA, SITHI UHM INGONYAMA!"

As we're sure Disney fans everywhere will know, those are the opening lyrics to The Lion King's Circle Of Life.

You hear those words, you think of Rafiki holding Simba up into the sunshine on Pride Rock, with animals everywhere bowing nobly (oh so very nobly) to their baby lion prince.

You don't think, say, Virgin's Flight 0970 from Brisbane to Sydney… until now, that is.

Yup, the first three rows on that flight - filled with the cast of The Lion King - burst into a glorious a capella version of Circle of Life, which was handily caught on camera by one cast member.

The eight-person chorus, led by Buyi Zama, were so happy after attending the Brisbane launch of The Lion King musical that they decided to put a smile on everyone else’s faces too by performing Elton John‘s hit song from the 1994 Disney classic.

The video was posted on YouTube, alongside this caption: "After an amazing day at THE LION KING Brisbane season launch announcement, members of our Australian cast felt so elated they decided to sing the 'Circle of Life' prior to take off on their flight back to Sydney!

"So sit back and enjoy the amazing flash mob."

It's just the most joyful thing we've ever seen. Anyone else sort of hoping planes everywhere ditch the little televisions and opt for live musical entertainment from now onwards?
