We've found the perfect pick-me-up for anyone who's having a bad day.

As part of Vodafone's new 'First Times' campaign, which films people trying something they've always wanted to do for the first time in their lives, 70-year-old Ria sat down and was belted into a roller coaster seat.

It's absolutely impossible to watch this without smiling. Trust us.

Twists and turns. Screams of laughter. For Ria, it's about the thrill of the ride!

We love how utterly fearless this granny is, smiling the entire way through the ride (and hanging on to her false teeth in the process - we were a little worried for a second).

And it seems as if we're not the only ones. Comments on YouTube have all been overwhelmingly positive too.

One user, going under the name A Mummy Too, said: "Awww, what a sweet lady! It's literally impossible to watch without smiling :) #firsts"

Another added: "There's nothing more beautiful than a person enjoying life--what is the point of all the fighting and sh*t going on in the world right now.. if not for the freedom and peace to love and be happy."

One more, which we're sure echoed the sentiments of many, emotionally said: "this makes me smile and sad at the same time because it makes me miss my Nan"
