When Dwayne Smith stood up in court to give a "victim impact statement" about the murder of his 3-year-old daughter, he could not contain his rage and heartbreak.
As he moved up to the dock, Smith was overcome with rage and lashed out at Clifford Thomas, one of the people responsible for his little girl’s death.
Rushing to punch Thomas in the head, it took several officers to subdue the raging father - but, once the pair were seperated, the father broke down into violent sobs.
The judge did not hold Smith in contempt of court for the incident, according to the Detroit Free Press.
