Forget vitamin pills - Tracy Kiss says that drinking her friend's semen boosts both her mood and immunity...

Single mum-of-two Tracy Kiss, 29, leads a hectic lifestyle as a personal trainer as well as running after her two children.

But she's confident that she'll avoid winter sniffles this year after discovering a bizarre 'superfood' to keep herself healthy.

Tracy incorporates a spoonful of a friend's sperm into her diet every day, claiming it's the perfect addition to her vegan lifestyle and better for her immunity than a vitamin pill.

Tracy, mum of Millisent, nine, and Gabriele, four, says: "I'd been feeling run down and had no energy but now I'm full of beans and my mood has improved.

"It can taste really good – depending on what my friend has been eating. My other mates think I'm strange, but I don't give a toss."

Although Tracy's only recently started drinking sperm, she's used it for facials for two years on the advice of a beautician to soothe her rosacea - a skin condition that causes redness.

She mixes sperm with egg whites and lavender oil, then leaves it on her face for 15 minutes, three times a week.

As she's single, Tracy, from Buckinghamshire, relies on her best friend, 31, who's also single, to provide her with semen and he comes round with a fresh tub up to three times a week.

She says: "I know he's healthy, doesn't smoke, drink or do drugs and I made him have an STI check. When I first approached him he was concerned that I'd use it to impregnate myself. But when I convinced him it was for my beauty regime, he agreed - after all, he has a regular supply at hand!"

Tracy, who qualified as a nutritional adviser this summer, was so delighted with the results that she began researching the nutritional benefits of sperm and discovered it's full of vitamins and minerals.

Keen to experiment, she has been drinking sperm every day for the past month – and stores it in the fridge.

Tracy starts each morning with a vegan smoothie made of a variety of seeds, coconut and almond milk, topped with a spoonful of semen, but admits that if it tastes particularly good she'll drink it on its own.

She explains: "Every batch has a different taste and texture depending on what he's eating. If he's been drinking or eaten something particularly pungent like asparagus, I ask him to give me a heads up so I know not to swallow it neat.

"Things like pineapple and peppermint make it taste a better, but I'll happily take it straight off a spoon."

Although she's been single for three years, Tracy hopes to find love in the near future - with someone who understands her lifestyle.

She adds: "I want a relationship where my partner asks if I want one or two shots of sperm in my smoothie each morning!"

Dr Sarah Jarvis adds: "There is absolutely no nutritional value to semen. A better way for vegans to get extra protein would be through foods like nuts."
