The baby boy was born at Xhongji Maternity Hospital in Yecheng city, Shanxi, in China.
The supersize newborn was delivered on August 23, but has not yet been named.
He was born by C-section, and staff were reportedly (and unsurprisingly) shocked by the size of the little whopper.
The director of Chongji maternity hospital said: "It's the first time I've delivered such a huge baby in my 30-year career."
The boy’s mother, known only as Mrs Tian, is believed to be 34.
Her 14lb bundle of joy is reportedly her second child.

The World Health Organisation statistics state that the not-so-little boy is double the size of the average newborn.
According to the Guiness World Records, the heaviest baby born weighed in at 23lb. The infant was born to Anna Bates in her hometown in Ohio in January, 1879 but the baby sadly died just 11 hours later.
Another baby was later born in Italy in 1955 at 24lbs, but fortunately survived.
