24 hours after a gunman attacked a busy hotel beach in Tunisia, the first British victim has been named.
Carly Lovett, 24, had recently become engaged and was enjoying a holiday at the resort with close family and friends.
The photographer and beauty blogger got engaged 6 months before she was tragically killed alongside 36 other people in the shocking terrorist attack.
Carly was with fiancé Liam Moore, 26, in Tunisia and he is expected to return to the UK today.
Tour operators are scrambling to arrange flights in order to bring 2,500 holidaymakers back to the UK following the attack.
5 Britons have been confirmed dead, but Tunisian authorities claim that the ‘majority’ of those killed are from the UK.
The number of people killed is expected to rise, according to reports.
Friends have been paying tribute to first named victim Carly, with one describing her as a ‘kind and outgoing person’.
Her friend Dave Overton told the Lincolnshire Echo that she was "not only friendly but also a tough character with a sensible and practical outlook on life".
Those worried about loved ones travelling in Tunisia are to contact the UK Foreign Office.
