Jamie, 23, and Chloe O'Herlihy, 20, were both born male- but after coming out as transgender, they're now both living as women.
Brothers Jamie and Daniel were never typical rough and tumble boys. When they were younger they were both happier doing Britney Spears impressions and playing with Bratz and Barbie dolls.
Then last summer they both realised their feelings ran much deeper and they knew they'd been born in the 'wrong bodies'. Now they're both living happily as women- Jamie hasn't changed her name as it's gender neutral, but Daniel is now known as Chloe.
Jamie explains: "I don't know why it's happened, that we're both transgender. I think it's simply one of those things- I don't feel either of us has influenced the other, we were born this way. But I do think it's amazing we're on this journey together- Chloe is my greatest support and doing it together has helped us both.
"Our mum has been supportive, though he does worry that it's a difficult journey and she's concerned about us having operations as we transform, but otherwise she's amazing. I don't think she feels she's lost her sons- we're still the same people, just happier."
