Tragedy of pregnant woman who fell to her death from balcony whilst ‘trying to escape someone’

A 30-year-old woman who fell of a second floor balcony to her death was trying 'to get away from someone' it's been claimed.

Georgina Drinkwater, who lived in Queen's Park, north west London, suffered head injuries after she fell from the block of flats in the middle of the night.

It is believed that Georgina, who already has two children, was six months pregnant at the time of her death.

A friend of the woman, who chose not to be named, said she'd 'heard she was trying to get away from someone when she fell.'

'I've known her for a long time, she was such a good girl. I feel for her children.'

Tributes were left at the scene in Queen's Park yesterday. One message read: 'RIP Georgina, gone but never forgotten. A true angel, a very special friend. We will never forget you.
