Heng Hsiao, 32, was filmed repeatedly kicking and hitting the five-year-old boy while she babysat for him as his parents dined out.
In the video, Hsiao can be seen trying to feed the child, but when he refuses she drags him off the sofa and onto the floor.
As he cries the nanny starts to beat him with a slipper and shouts: ‘I will beat you to death.’
The shocking footage ends with her dragging the child out of sight of the camera and then cleaning the floor where the child had been.
Qing Chin, 28, the boy’s mother, said that when they got home that night all had seemed normal in the house. However, when they went up to their son’s bedroom they found him ‘crying and shaking with fear.’
Upon checking cameras that they had installed to catch burglars, the couple made the horrifying discovery that the babysitter had been beating their child.
‘How could someone to do this to a child?’
The woman is now being investigated by police.
