Claudio Stroe is seen in the video leaning on his front- supported by just his hands- as he lifts the rest of his body in the air, steadily lifting himself up and down with the strength of his arms.

Even the fittest of adults would struggle with this mean feat- but the video has been met with some mixed reactions.

As Claudio is still growing, many have responded to the video with concern, arguing that a child should not be training in such an extreme way.

The 5-year-old is the younger brother of child body builder Giuliano Stroe, who would hit the gym with his father from the age of 2.
