Ben, who went missing in Greece in 1991 when he was just 21 months old, has never been seen since but now there seems to be some fresh hope.

According to reports today, a businessman has handed British officers the name of a Roma gypsy family who he claims were boasting about selling Ben.

The name given by the man was broadcast on Alpha’s Light at the End of the Tunnel – a Greek programme similar to Crimewatch – last Friday and it’s hoped that people will now come forward with more information.

During the programme a Greek businessman, based abroad, contacted the show to tell researchers he knew the name of the family allegedly involved in Ben’s abduction.
