Pop star Pink has never been one to conform. She showcased the ‘strong not thin’ trend long before the likes of Khloe Kardashian endorsed it and has never been shy about showing off her amazing figure.

After taking some time off from touring, Pink has been enjoying relaxing with her family, and taking a break from her rigorous work outs has naturally lead to a softer shape.

Appearing at a cancer benefit, cruel Twitter trolls decided to take it upon themselves to criticise the singer for her weight gain, but the 35-year-old put them in their place promptly.

She posted on Twitter: “I can see that some of you are concerned about me from your comments about my weight.

“You’re referring to the pictures of me from last night’s cancer benefit that I attended to support my dear friend Dr. Maggie DiNome. She was given the Duke Award for her tireless efforts and stellar contributions to the eradication of cancer.

“But unfortunately, my weight seems much more important to some of you. While I admit that that dress didn’t photograph as well as it did in mu kitchen, I will also admit that I felt very pretty.

“In fact, I felt beautiful. So, my good and concerned peoples, please don’t worry about me. I’m not worried about me. And I’m not worried about you either :)

“I am perfectly fine, perfectly fine, perfectly happy, and my healthy, voluptuous and crazy body is having some much deserved time off. Thanks for your concern. Love, cheesecake.”

She later shared a snap of her and husband Carey Hart at the event, writing alongside it: “My hubby says "it's just more to love baby" (and then I smack his hand off my booty cause we're in a supermarket).”

Proving that the inspirational singer is passing on her positive body image to daughter Willow, she shared another adorable family snap. Pink captioned it with: “Willow said to me the other day whilst grabbing my belly-"mama-why r u so squishy?"And I said.."b/cuz I'm happy baby(sic).”
