Plenty of women get more than a little paranoid when their partner heads off on a 'lad's night out'.

But, while most bite their tongue, this girlfriend decided to make sure that she was never far from her man's mind - in a truly ingenious way.

Cue her hacking into his phone, having fun with his camera and creating a brand-new screensaver.

Posting the images on Imgur, her boyfriend Joey said: "Went out with my buddies, opened my phone to this."

He added later: "New lock screen / background is fire."

While many have responded positively to Alejandra's unique techniques, she has received a great deal of criticism on Twitter.

One person wrote: "Non-psychos don't make jokes about owning another person's sexual function.

"That tendency is obviously inside you."

She wrote off-handedly: "So I went viral today…

"And people on the internet are mean. HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOUR!"
