A Neo Nazi who groomed a 15 year old girl before murdering her has been found guilty. Paige Shivers was just 15 years old when she went missing in August 2007.

Chillingly, Ewing has not revealed where he put her body.

Ewing, 60, from Blackpool, is reported to have developed an “inappropriate sexual interest” in Paige who was described as a very vulnerable teenager.

Ewing was caught after a long police investigation in which officers bugged his flat to listen to his conversations. After a search they later found three spots of Paige’s blood on a skirting board along with a large case of cuttings and photographs about Paige’s case.

The court also found Ewing guilty of perverting the course of justice by intimidating witnesses and providing false information to the police.

Another defendant, Gareth Dewhurst, was found guilty of perverting the course of justice. He was also convicted of a second charge of helping Ewing dispose of her body but cleared of having sexual intercourse with her following her death.

They are set to be sentenced on 28 July.
