With her long blonde hair, size H breasts and tiny frame, Nannette Hammond has created the ultimate Barbie doll look - but it’s come at a cost both financially and physically.

She’s spent a staggering £350,000 on her transformation and although she insists she’s healthy, she works hard to keep her Barbie-esque figure though with a BMI of just 16 and weighing just 6 1/2st she’s clinically underweight.

She’s also endangering her life by having daily sunbed sessions.

On top of that, her children get upset when her mother is teased about her extreme look, but Nannette, 42, has no regrets as she considers herself ‘beautiful’ and thinks people are just jealous of her.

The full time mum, who lives in Cincinatti with her husband of nine years Dave, 47, who owns a haulage business, says: “It’s worth every penny to look like this, I feel happy and secure.

"People bully me over my looks, I hear them whispering about my boobs and lips but I don’t care – I think I look beautiful.

"And my husband loves the way I look, though I know he’d love me whatever and he knows that I’m going to continue right up until I’m 70, or probably longer!”
