Sean was in downtown Santa Cruz when he spotted the man in costume and screamed ‘I hate Fox News’ before hitting him with the racket.

It is unclear if Kory was dressed as a tennis player for Halloween, or if he just happened to have it to hand.

Someone calling themselves the ‘Official Sean Kory’ has joined Twitter and posted two more images to the site since Halloween, but it remains unconfirmed if this is indeed the man in question.
