Despite being parents to 16 children already, Sue and Noel refuse to claim benefits and are instead completely self-reliant. They live in a former children’s home and support themselves with Noel’s bakery.

Sadly, Sue lost what would have been the family’s 17th addition last year. Posting on Twitter at the time, she said: “It’s with such sadness that we have to say our beautiful baby’s heartbeat stopped 2 days we are utterly devastated beyond words.”

Sue and Noel had their first baby when Sue was only 14 but, having both been adopted, they were determined to keep him.

Speaking of her new pregnancy, Sue said: “It doesn’t matter how many scans you have or how many children you have seeing a new little miracle always blows your mind we are so in love with this little one already.”
