Martina Big has appeared on This Morning to defend her belief that she has changed race and transformed into a 'beautiful black woman'
Here at Closer, we're no strangers to Martina Big and have been following her incredible transformation from white air hostess to (in her words) 'beautiful black woman' for some time.
In recent months, as Martina's transformation has become more extreme, she's gained more and more notoriety, appearing on the likes of American chat show, The Maury Show.
But today, Martina appeared once again on This Morning, to talk to Holly and Phil about the controversy she's cause by her statements that since having three tanning injections in January 2017, she has changed race.

Appearing via video link from America, 29-year-old Martina explained why she feels the need to change her looks in such an extreme way. She told Holly and Phil: "I liked my body from the beginning, but like the boys with their brand new car they like to work on it."
To which Phil somewhat mockingly replied: "A lot of bodywork going on, that’s for sure!"
Martina has been having plastic surgery for a number of years (at first, she wanted to look like her then-idol, Pamela Anderson), but in January she had three controversial tanning injections - at a cost of £170 each - in the hope of achieving 'crispy brown holiday skin.'
The injections are controversial as they haven't actually been officially approved, however when Holly asked if Martina was worried about have these illegal - and possibly dangerous injections - Martina strongly replied "No!" adding that she'd experienced no negative side effects, only the darkers skin she wanted.
The interview then moved on to the controversy over Martina's comments that she had changed race and was now black.
Despite Holly and Phil's questioning, Martina remained defiant, saying that her transformation had been more than skin deep, explaining: “Not only my appearance, also my feelings and my beauty idols [have changed].”
When Holly and Phil asked if she felt bad about offending people, Martina explained: “I don’t want to fight the black people, I do it for myself. It’s not for media attention."
Adding: “I can feel in myself that I’m changing into a black woman."
Although she did concede that she still had a lot to learn about black culture, saying: I have to learn more about all these cultures, which is why I’m going to Africa in January to learn more.”
As for her physical future, Martina also revealed that she has yet more surgey planned, saying that she's going to have surgery on her nose and bottom, explaining: "I like the curves of black women and want to get them step-by-step.”
