And, even more embarrassingly for him, footage of the gruesome procedure has now emerged online.
In the clip, surgeons can be seen crowding around the unfortunate man's rear end as one doctor fishes about for the sex toy.
Cue them exploding into laughter when they spot the offending dildo protruding from his bottom.

We can't believe the doctor paused in the procedure to let his colleagues snap photos of the mammoth sex toy on their phones.
