Alton Nolen, 30, had just learnt he had been fired from an Oklahoma food processing plant when he killed and beheaded 54-year-old Colleen Hufford.

He then attacked 43-year-old Traci Johnson with a knife before he was shot and knocked unconscious by police.

He is currently in hospital where police are waiting for him to become conscious again before arresting him for the horrific attack.
Police Sergeant Jeremy Lewis told a local news station that Nolen would have almost certainly taken more lives if the authorities had not shown up when they did.
"This was not going to stop if he didn't stop it. It could have gotten a lot worse.
"The threat had already stopped once we arrived."
The FBI is now investigating the incident following evidence on his Facebook page that pointed towards an obsession with religious extremism.
Nolen does not know yet what charges he will face for murdering his co-worker.
