Hannah Witheridge, 23, is seen walking through the busy streets of Koh Tao with a group of friends on the evening of September 14.
The second victim, David Miller, 24, is seen walking through the town separately with friends at around 1am on September 15, reportedly looking for Miss Witheridge.
He is also seen shaking hands with a local man dressed in a red football top before meeting up with an unknown man and woman.

The footage is released following claims that Mr Miller may have been attempting to save Hannah Witheridge from being attacked on the Koh Tao beach when the pair were horrifically killed.

A cigarette butt found at the scene reportedly holds traces of Miss Witheridge’s DNA along with another unknown person, suggesting that she shared a cigarette with the killer before the brutal attack.
According to Thai police, separate CCTV footage shows a ‘terrified’ woman who may have witnessed the murders.
Two friends of David Millers were cleared as suspects by Thai police following questioning, but have been asked to stay on the island as the investigation continues.
Both families of the victims have released statements revealing their heartbreak following their tragic loss.
Hannah Witheridge’s family have since flown out to Thailand, but have asked for privacy at this sad and difficult time.
