Kerry Needham has been desperately searching for her son Ben, since he went missing in Greece on 24 July 1991.

Ben was almost two years old when he went missing from outside the house where the family were staying. He would now be 25 years old.

Tonight, Kerry, from Sheffield, will be making a new appeal – alongside South Yorkshire Police – on a Greek missing persons programme called Light At The End Of The Tunnel.

The three hour show will feature Ben’s sister Leighanna, his grandmother Christine and DS Matthew Fenwich and DI Jon Cousins, who have worked on the case.

It’s believed the broadcast will be viewed by 50 per cent of the TV watching population.

Kerry’s appeal comes as the police force working with Kerry offered a £10,000 reward to try and encourage people to come forward.

Earlier this year, South Yorkshire Police was given £700,000 to help fund and support the local Greek authorities in continuing their search for Ben.

In a statement, Kerry said: “We sincerely hope this will lead to more people coming forward with new information and will help the British and Greek police investigate the whereabouts of Ben.”
