Click onto 'Manage your Apple ID'.Click the blue apple id button and enter your account info to sign in.

You may be asked to improve your password, make sure it incudes noth upper case and lower characters as well as numbers.

Click on 'Password and Security' on the right hand side of the window...You will then be asked to 'verify' each of your devices, which should show up in the next window.Your devices will appear with a window containing a code which you must enter into your computer to 'verify' your devices (tablets, iPods, iPhones).

You also need to enter your phone number so Apple can send you a 'Recovery Code' which you can use in the event that you lose your password or you have been blocked.After entering your number, your phone will be texted a verification code, before you computer gives you a recovery code.

Noew you must print your recovery key and keep it in a safe place...

Type your recovery key into the box in the next window to confirm that you have hidden it in a safe place.
