Speaking from a county prison in Pennsylvania, Elytte reportedly said: ‘I still love her.’

Miranda is currently awaiting trial for allegedly murdering so many people that she ‘stopped counting' and reports say that the number of victims could be up to 100.

Elytte is being held in prison awaiting trial for helping murder one of Miranda’s victims shortly after their wedding.

Elytte allegedly helped kill victim Troy LaFerrara, holding a cord around his neck whilst his wife, Miranda, stabbed him 20 times.

Miranda is currently in jail awaiting trial.

Speaking to CNN about Miranda’s reported confession to the series of murders, Elytte said: 'Everyone wants to know about her credibility but wouldn't comment on whether her confessions were valid. However, he said she was upfront with him in 'about 50/50' of the alleged slayings, with respect to specific names of victims and the locations of the murders.’

Miranda reportedly claimed to be a Satanist who added notches to her knife each time she killed someone.

If convicted, both Miranda and Elytte could face the death penalty.

Elytte acknowledged this, saying: 'It seems like I have my life or death on the line right now.'

Elytte’s comments come after Miranda’s father spoke out about her daughter’s alleged serial murders.

He said: ‘Miranda lives in a fantasy world’

‘She is good at manipulating people. She is the most manipulative person I have ever known.’

Miranda’s father wrote in a statement addressed to Troy LaFerrara’s family: ‘I would stand side by side with you, take your hand, and silently pray that some good may come of this.'

Police said about Elytte’s involvement in the murders: ‘The defendant stated that they committed the murder because they just wanted to murder someone together.’
