Horror as man ‘cuts off rival’s penis and flushes down toilet’

A man has been arrested after he allegedly cut off a love rival’s penis with a pair of gardening shears.

The scorned lover then flushed his enemy’s penis down the toilet in the grim turn of events.

Tokyo law student Ikki Kotsugai reportedly punched the other man- a lawyer- after her found out about the affair.

As he lay in a state of unconsciousness, Kotsugai then took off his victim’s trousers and severed his penis.

According to the Mirror, Kotsgai told police: "I cut off his genitals and flushed them down a toilet in the law office."

The Tokyo Reporter has since claimed that the 42-year-old victim’s injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

It has also bee reported that Kotsgai is a former boxer and his wife worked in the same law firm as the victim.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident, but it is not known what has become of the lawyer’s penis.
