Footage of a dog walker callously kicking a defenceless puppy surfaced this week.
Jonathan Stenholt can be seen in a lift with the Beagle pup. He waits until the doors close before he stamps on it and kicks it vilolently in the stomach. The sickening footage shocked the poor animal’s owners who later reported him to police.
Chicago police have now confirmed they have arrested Stenholt and charged him with one count of cruelty to animals.
The attack happened at his business where he cares for countless other dogs.
After the incident, it’s claimed Stenholt sent an email to his customers, telling them: “I am a despicable individual who did a horrible thing to a defenceless animal.
“I deserve all that I am now receiving. I am ashamed of my actions.”
