Riverview High School student Alexa Nicole De Armas, 17, has reportedly been arranging meetings on Facebook in exchange for money and alcohol since the summer holidays.
According to the New York Daily News, she wrote in one Facebook message to a client: “Why pimp out old hoes when I have fresh young hoes I can give up for money?
“As long as I’m getting paid I’m trafficking all these b*****s.”
De Armas set prices for services at $50 to $70 to perform oral sex, and $100 for sex with a virgin, splitting the profits 40% with the girls who engaged in the prostitution ring.
The teenager has now been arrested for leading the ring, while 21-year-old John Mosher, who allegedly paid $40 and a bottle of liquor to have sex with a 15-year-old girl, was also arrested.

De Armas allegedly arranged for Mosher, who appears to be homeless and works as a dishwasher, to have sex with the 15-year-old against her will in a community pool shed in August.
A police report said: “[The victim] stated she told Mosher she did not want to have sexual intercourse with him to which he disregarded and forcefully held her against the wall of the pool shed building, restricting her movement and ability to flee."
Mosher has been charged with sexual battery on a victim older than 12 and is being held without bail.

Police have said that a third person, possibly another customer, was arrested on Tuesday.
