A new survey has revealed the HAPPIEST and most SATISFIED cities in the UK. If you don't already live in them, it might be time to get packing...
We might all live in Great Britain, but it turns out that some parts of the UK are greater than others - at least where happiness and life satisfaction are concerned.
A now a list of the UKs happiest and most satisfied cities has been published - which is sure to delight some, and further depress others.
But do YOU live in one of the happiest or most satisfied cities in the UK? It's time to find out...

Residents of Brighton won't be surprised to hear that the seaside spot topped the list as the happiest place to live in the UK. More than a third of Brighton's population chose the word ‘happy’ to describe their lives, as opposed to just 16% of Endiburgh residents (which comes bottom of the happiest cities list).

The study also looked at overall satisfaction. Brighton once again scored highly - coming in in third place - but the top spot went to Oxford. Oxford locals scored an average of 6.72/10 for overall life satisfaction, which is 0.35 points above the national average of 6.37/10.
Once again, Edinburgh residents came bottom of the poll, scoring just 5.89/10 for their overall life satisfaction.

Talking about the results of the survey, Kerry Collinge, Marketing Director for 9NINE Super Seed brand, who commissioned the study, said: "Brighton residents have found themselves topping our happiest city chart. Maybe it’s the sea air and sunny weather that keeps them smiling."
