When pretty Charlotte Urie first met her boyfriend Kieran Moloney, she was instantly attracted to his boyish good looks and muscular body.

Bust Kieran was hiding a shocking secret- and after dating for a month, he revealed to Charlotte he'd been born a girl named Ciara.

The 23 year old- who has had a double mastectomy- told Charlotte he'd been living as a man since the age of 17, having testosterone injections to increase hair growth and deepen his voice, as well as working out at the gym to achieve his muscly physique.

Incredible, Charlotte- who is straight- has accepted his revelation and, even though Kieran is yet to have full gender reassignment surgery, says they live like any other couple.

Now the pair, who have been together for two years- are hoping to get married and start a family, using Kieran's friend as a sperm donor.

Charlotte, 20, who lives in London, says: "I would never have guessed Kieran's secret, but as soon as he told me he'd been born a girl, I realised it don't matter to me. I was surprised, but I love him for who he is and see him as a man.

"He's very masculine and has a great body- he even gets admiring glances from girls on nights out. We still have an amazing sex life. He's a better lover than other men I've dated. Kieran isn't planning on having gender reassignment surgery at the moment and that's fine with me. He's the man for me and we're now planning on getting married and starting a family together."
