The crash happened at around 10.30am on Friday morning, as shoppers and workers made their way around town.
Tragically, the toddler is thought to be the worst injured of the group, that also includes a toddler, a man in his sixties and a woman.
According to a bystander, the little girl suffered ‘very nasty’ facial injuries.
'It looked like the poor little mite had been in a pushchair and was thrown out of it when the car hit it. I think she must have landed face-first on the pavement and that is why she had such serious injuries,' said the witness, who asked not to be named when she spoke with the Mail Online.
Witnesses say the 92-year-old driver of the car appeared to ‘black out’ before careering onto the pavement, throwing the young kids out of their pushchairs.
The injured were taken to either St George’s Hospital in Tooting - featured in 24 Hrs in A&E - and local hospitals in Surrey.
Luckily none of the victims are thought to be in life-threatening conditions.
The smash happened on one of the main streets of Guildford town centre, North Street, right outside shopping centre The Friary.
It has been reported that the driver was not injured in the incident.
