The toy was found by a Twitter user in a toy shop in China and it appeared to resemble the now infamous missing airline.
The toy shop customer took a photo of the shocking plush toy and soon the image went viral.
Many expressed their dismay at toy designers making profit from the tragedy surrounding the missing airline, which was carrying over 200 passengers.
The plane lost contact with air control on March 8 and there has been no sign of the aircraft.
Air investigators used satellites to scour a large percentage of the planet for the missing aircraft. The search area stretched from Australia to the Indian ocean the mountains of Kazakhstan.
Several weeks into the search, the Malaysian government called a press conference revealing that their search efforts were showing little development and that they officially assumed ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ that all 227 passengers as dead.
Death certificates of the passengers were then issued.
The world was left fascinated- and dismayed- at the planes disappearance and a website was even set up appearing to let Internet users use satellite technology to help search for the plane themselves.
