The spreadsheet was posted on Reddit by throwwwwaway29 and had three columns, “date”, “sex?” and “excuse”.
When his wife agreed to have sex with him, he wrote “yes” in the “sex?” column.
When she declined his offers of sex, he wrote “no” along with the different types of excuses that she used.

The excuses ranged from “I feel sweaty and gross, I need a shower,” to “I ate too much” and “I’m tired.”
The spreadsheet has triggered a variety of responses from readers, with one writing in a UK broadsheet that in his view the Reddit user was just recording his attempts to ‘continue the sexual frequency” and that he “has a just grievance, and his spreadsheet proves it.”
A female writer disagreed, writing that he should have expressed his frustrations directly with his wife rather than recording them on a spreadsheet.
Do you think this man should have recorded his wife’s excuses? Or do you admire his determination?
