When Chase was born in 2011, his mother, Heather Hironimus, signed a legal agreement which gave Chase's father permission to have their (then) baby boy circumcised.

However, four years later, the surgery (which usually occurs within 10 days of birth) has still not happened.

And Chase, a healthy little boy, has now said that he does NOT want to be circumcised.

Dr. Subhash Puranik and Chase's father had scheduled Chase for a circumcision surgery on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 - but, due to protesters outside the clinic, it was cancelled.

However Chase still isn't safe.

His supporters explained: "A hearing has been set for March 6, 2015 and we are working closely with South Florida Intactivists Unite to organise a ground response and to engage with media representatives.

"Please fill out our email petition if you haven't already done so and please continue to spread the word to friends and family.

"The pressure we are placing on doctors is working. They realise the potential for being sued because Chase's mother will never consent.

"We feel for Chase and his mother and hope that they feel some relief that yesterday's scheduled surgery did not occur.

"Unfortunately, their struggle isn't over and they need our support now more than ever."
